5. WooCommerce and Order Management
The website uses WooCommerce to manage the online store, cart, checkout and orders. During the purchase process, the data necessary to manage the order and provide the tickets purchased is collected.
The customer may also make a purchase as a guest, without being required to create an account, when this option is available on the website.
Order data is retained for the period necessary to manage the contractual relationship and, when required, to fulfil legal, accounting and tax obligations.
6. Card Payments - WooPayments
For payments by credit or debit card, the website uses WooPayments. When a payment is made, the data necessary to manage the transaction may be disclosed to the providers involved in processing the payment.
MK Company Sagl does not directly store on its website the complete credit or debit card number or the related security code.

The website uses FooEvents for WooCommerce and related extensions to manage electronic ticketing.
For the creation, issuance and verification of tickets, data such as the name of the purchaser or attendee, when requested; email address; order data; event purchased; ticket category; ticket number; QR code or barcode; and ticket validity and usage status may be processed.
This data is used to allow admission to the event, verify the validity of the ticket and prevent duplication or fraudulent use.
