Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy summarises the main rules regarding refunds, cancellations and bad weather. In the event of a conflict, mandatory statutory provisions and the Terms and Conditions applicable to the purchase shall prevail.

Non-Attendance

Unless otherwise expressly indicated for the specific event and without prejudice to any mandatory rights, personal withdrawal, inability to attend, or the customer's failure to attend do not give rise to a right to a refund.

Ordinary Bad Weather

The event takes place even in the event of rain or normal adverse weather conditions. Covered areas and organisational measures are provided to ensure the event is held safely. The personal decision not to attend due to bad weather does not give rise to a right to a refund.

Severe Bad Weather

If severe or exceptional weather conditions make it impossible to guarantee that the event can be held safely, or if cancellation is ordered by the competent authorities, the organiser may suspend, interrupt or cancel the event.

Definitive Cancellation Before the Event Begins

If the entire event is definitively cancelled before it takes place due to severe weather conditions, tickets purchased will be refunded. MK Company Sagl will communicate the refund procedures and timing through its official channels and/or the email address used for the purchase.

Interruption After the Event Begins

If the event has already begun and must be suspended or interrupted due to severe weather or safety reasons, any right to a refund and the corresponding amount will be assessed taking into account the time of the interruption and the portion of the event already held, in compliance with applicable legislation.

Changes to Lineup and Schedule

Changes to artists, DJs, performers, lineup, programme or schedule that do not result in the cancellation of the entire event do not automatically give rise to a right to a refund, subject to what is provided by law or expressly communicated by MK Company Sagl.

Postponement

In the event of postponement, MK Company Sagl will communicate the validity of tickets already purchased and any applicable refund arrangements based on the specific circumstances and legal obligations.
